A seven-year-old girl from Uganda now has hope for a better future after receiving her second critical open heart operation—a life-saving procedure that is not available in her own country. The successful operation was performed at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children on Oct. 31, thanks to the efforts of Dr. Steve Leonard and Samaritan’s Purse’s Children’s Heart Project.
